Civilization, Eos Art Space, Athens.

The Civilization installation, figures in transparent acrylic sheet, was set up in the window of Eos Art Space and stayed there all summer, from 25 June to 5 September 2001, visible from the street. The rest of the exhibition could be visited by appointment.

Civilization turns to the symbols of the 20th century, religious, political, social and economic, which change roles and transform one into another. On the threshold of the new millennium, people, now “transparent”, define themselves through the symbols of their cultural identity.
